Disney Cruise Line* released itineraries for all four DCL ships through Fall 2017. These new itineraries include several exciting new travel opportunities. Particularly notable are a new 9-Night Alaskan itinerary that includes a peek at Hubbard Glacier and a top at Icy Straight Point. Special tweaks have been applied to the summer 2017 schedule for the Disney Dream. Several 4-Night sailings will made two stops at Disney Castaway Cay. And for select June and July itineraries the Disney Dream will extend it’s usual route to a 5-Night cruise (with two stops at Disney Castaway Cay).

Speaking of extended itineraries, fans of the Disney Fantasy have long wondered when they might get to spend more than 7-nights on their favorite ship. And the answer is summer 2017! The Disney Fantasy will sail 10-Night and 11-Night Southern Caribbean itineraries, with new stops for the Fantasy at Aruba, Barbados, Curacao, and Martinique, in addition to the regular Disney Fantasy ports of St. Kitts and Tortola. On the other hand, the Disney Wonder is offering a couple of great opportunities to get a quick taste of cruising Disney-style with 2-Night and 3-Night sailings out of San Diego in May, 2017.

Booking for these new itineraries opens for Gold and Platinum-level Castaway Club members on Wednesday, April 13 and to the general public on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Our experience with Disney Cruise Line has been that the closer to the itinerary release date you book your cruise, the less it will cost.
