Alcoholic beverages added to Disney Dining Plans in 2018With the beginning of Fall, more travelers’ attention is turning to 2018 travel. Walt Disney World guests purchasing a dining plan in 2018 will be paying higher prices, but with this round of price increases also comes some measurable added value. Previously, alcoholic beverages of all kinds have been specifically excluded from eligibility for purchase as part of a dining plan. Starting in January, all Walt Disney World dining plans include the option of an alcoholic beverage for guests over age 21, in locations that offer them. Most Magic Kingdom restaurants continue not to offer alcohol, but this new plan inclusion does leverage the introduction of beer and wine at Magic Kingdom table service restaurants that we wrote about last December.
