Personalized service has always been an integral part of any vacation planned by a Mouse Master Travel professional. And we continue to provide comprehensive planning services FOR FREE to clients who book their vacation* through us, including:

Now, that same level of outstanding, customized, personal service can be purchased by guests who, for whatever reason, have booked a hotel and/or purchased theme park tickets on their own, but would still like to take advantage of our expert planning assistance.

*Our planning services are free to clients who book travel through the Mouse Master℠ Travel Service for which the agency collects a commission from the vendor.

Plans and Pricing

Planning fees will be billed to you via electronic invoice. Planning cannot begin until the invoice has been paid. If your particular circumstances don’t fit into one of our existing packages, we can custom-develop a planning package for you, after a brief initial consultation by phone or Email. For a custom package, please select the plan that is closest to what you want, and we can customize from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

On the "Advice & Consultation" plan, what do you mean by "trip"?

Because the actual booking under the “Advice” plan is done by the client, we can be a little more flexible in the amount of time our advice will cover. This plan can work well if your plans have to remain extremely flexible (such as vacationing around a business meeting or youth sports competition). So when we say “trip” for the Advice plan, we mean that to include a block of time spent away from home at a vacation destination.

Why does the pricing say "starts at"?

The listed prices are valid for the specific services listed, for the time period listed. Additional charges may apply in the following circumstances:

  1. For services where the Mouse Master℠ will be providing booking services, the listed prices are valid for up to six guests staying on the same reservation and/or linked together in My Disney Experience. Additional guests may be accommodated at an additional charge, to be determined in a custom package consultation.
  2. Charges for plans encompassing longer vacations are added to the base prices.
  3. Any Service Package purchased less than 30 days prior to the first day to be covered by the plan is subject to a 20% “rush planning” premium.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Our online invoices are generated by our TravelJoy management system. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Stripe accepts a broad range of payment types, including but not limited to:

  • VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards and charge cards
  • Debit cards that are part of any of the major credit card payment networks
  • ACH bank transfers

If you need to pay by check, money order, or travelers cheque, please tell us during your initial consult. An alternative invoicing system will need to be used. Please be aware that when paying using the alternative invoicing system, planning services will not commence until after the payment has cleared our bank.

We do not accept cash payments for planning services under any circumstances.

What if I don't like the plan developed for me?

Great question!

First, custom itinerary planning is an iterative process. That means that the first draft of your plan is just that – a first draft. The more you tell your Mouse Master℠ about your preferences going in, the closer that initial draft is likely to be to your ideal plan. But we fully expect to iterate (go back and forth) to fine-tune your plan. (That’s another reason why the earlier you get us involved, the better, and also part of the reason that there’s a premium charge for shorter-notice planning).

Second, even if the communication between you and your Mouse Master is perfect, sometimes there’s simply nothing we can do to meet a particular request. We can’t make ADRs for restaurants that have no availability. We don’t have a secret stash of FastPasses we can bestow upon guests when there are none available in the system. What we CAN do is help you to find the “next best alternative” for things that are unavailable and help you to plan how to best experience attractions for which a FastPass would be ideal, but one is not available. And we are committed to diligently continuing to check back for availability. If something DOES open up, we’ll jump on it for you.

In all of the years that we here at Fantastic Memories Travel, LLC and the Mouse Master Travel service have collectively been working with guests on Disney Destination travel planning, we have yet to have a guest tell us that they were unhappy with their final plan. It’s theoretically possible (though unlikely) that it has happened, and the guest didn’t tell us. And I can’t really guarantee that someone at some future time might not like their plan. But ultimately, what you are purchasing is a travel professional’s knowledge, training, experience, skill, and time in developing your unique plan. You will receive all of those things, whether or not you like the end result. Therefore, all planning services purchases are final and non-refundable. Because a travel professional must set aside time to develop your plan, and may forgo other work in order to devote attention to your plan, planning fees are deemed earned in their entirety when paid. 

What if my travel dates or package components change?

Your contract for planning services will specify the dates and package elements for which you plan is being prepared. If plans change before your final plan is delivered, and you’re still within the trip length covered by your agreement, your planner will create a new iteration of your plan including the new plan elements.

If your final plan has already been delivered before your dates or package inclusions change, your planner will re-do your plan for a revision fee equal to 50% of the original plan cost.
